Austin Moss Creations LLC ("Austin Moss Creations," "we," "us," or "our") designs, fabricates, and installs preserved botanical wall systems for commercial interiors. Specification and document requests. When you download our technical documentation or request CAD files, Revit families, physical samples, or a project mockup, we record which materials were requested and the contact information you provided.

Contract and project records. For active projects, we maintain records necessary to perform our work and meet our obligations, including proposals, purchase orders, subcontract documents, site and installation details, correspondence, warranty registrations, and payment records.

Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors and financial institutions. We receive confirmation and transaction records but do not collect or store complete payment card numbers on our systems.

Website usage data. We collect standard technical information about your visit, including IP address, browser and device type, referring source, pages viewed, and interactions with our forms. Where you arrive through a paid advertisement, we may receive an associated click identifier.

Inquiry and marketing contact information is retained until you ask us to remove it or until it is no longer relevant to our business.
