Terms & Conditions Austin Moss Creations LLC. Effective September 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern use of the austinmosscreations.com website and the resources made available on it. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. Use of This Website This website is provided to help architects, designers, general contractors, and project owners evaluate Austin Moss Creations' preserved moss wall systems. You may view, download, and reference the content on this site for that purpose. You may not copy, republish, resell, or otherwise use the site's content, photography, or specification materials for any purpose unrelated to evaluating or specifying an Austin Moss Creations system without our prior written permission.

Free Specification Materials Product data sheets, CSI guide specifications, installation requirements, fire and material performance summaries, maintenance guides, CAD files, Revit families, and physical samples are made available at no charge to support the specification process. These materials are provided for reference and preliminary design use only. They are not a substitute for project specific engineering, code review, or a signed proposal, and they do not constitute a quote, bid, or binding offer. Austin Moss Creations is not responsible for outcomes resulting from use of these materials on a project we were not engaged to design, fabricate, or install.

3. No Offer. Project Terms Are Set by a Separate Written Agreement Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Pricing ranges, budget tool results, and project examples are illustrative only. The scope, price, schedule, payment terms, and warranty for any actual project are governed exclusively by a separate written proposal or contract signed by Austin Moss Creations and the customer. If this website ever conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, photographs of completed installations, designs, and the Austin Moss Creations name and logo, is owned by Austin Moss Creations LLC or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Except as expressly permitted above, no part of this site may be reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Performance data reflects component level testing under the conditions described in our technical documentation and does not represent testing of an assembled installation unless specifically stated.
